Delete Users
Explains how administrators can permanently delete users in the Global Console to maintain security, free up licenses, and keep user records accurate.
Overview
When a team member leaves the organization or no longer requires access to the Global Console or DevOps App, administrators can delete the user. Deleting a user permanently removes their profile, immediately revokes access, and frees up any assigned license for reuse.
This action is performed from the Users page at https://global.revvy.io/users.
Deleting Users
Navigate to the Users page.
Locate the user you want to remove from the list.
Select Delete User from the actions menu.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once deleted:
The user’s profile is permanently removed from the Global Console.
Any license assigned to the user is automatically released and made available for reassignment.
The action is recorded in the system logs for auditing.
Important Notes
Deletion is permanent — deleted users cannot be restored. A new invitation must be created if the user needs access again.
To avoid license waste, review your user list regularly and delete accounts that are no longer in use.
Only administrators with the appropriate permissions can delete users.
