View Licenses

This page explains how administrators can view license allocation and usage in Revvy for the DevOps application.

Overview

Licenses determine which users in your organization can access DevOps features in Revvy. Each user must have a license, and administrators can track how many are assigned versus available.

By default, new licenses are provisioned with System Administrator access.

License Types

Revvy DevOps provides two types of licenses:

• Full Access → Grants complete DevOps capabilities.

• Read Access → Provides view-only access for auditing or oversight.

Steps to View Licenses

1. Navigate to the Licenses tab - https://global.revvy.io/licenses in the Global Console.

2. Under DevOps, you will see a table listing:

   • License type (FullAccess, ReadAccess)

   • Number of licenses Used

   • Number of licenses Available

3. Click a license type (e.g., FullAccess) to drill down into assigned users.

Example

• FullAccess → 1 used, 1000 available

• ReadAccess → 0 used, 1000 available

This makes it easy to check how many seats are consumed and how many remain.
